Please understand that it does take us longer to respond to emails sent over the weekend as we are not in the office. We do make every effort to respond within 24 hours though.

Email is the very best way to correspond with us.  Should the need arise to speak on the phone we will provide a phone number via email.

If we need more information from you or have any issues with your order we will send you an email within 24 hours of receiving your order. We ask that you reply to our email within 24 hours to avoid delays. We do have the option to cancel orders if we have not heard back from you within this time line.

We do not stock any of our items.  Everything we offer is made from scratch using the colors and wording you would like.

We accept custom designs as our schedule allows. There is a fee of 35.00 if we are able to accommodate you.  For more information send us an email.   In your email please include as much information as possible regarding what you have in mind.

We can make as many sets of anything you would like. Please send us an email with the quantity you would like and we will set up a custom listing for you to pay.

We can combine two different templates if we do not already offer what you are looking for. There is a template change fee charge to do this. The amount starts at 8.00 and is determined by your final order.  If you would like to do this please send us an email.

The majority of our items are printed on 1 side only.  If 2 sided printing is available the option will be clearly stated within the listing.

All confetti and cupcake picks come standard with up to 3 sayings and 3-4 colors of your choice. Gift tags come standard with up to 3 colors and 1 saying. Additional sayings are available at an additional cost. Please contact us before ordering if you would like additional colors and sayings.

We stock numerous colors of cardstock. Click here to see our current color chart.  We DON’T stock are metallic colors of any sort.

It may be possible for us to get the colors you are interested.  Send us an email with a picture or what you are looking for.

We suggest using no less than 110# cardstock for any project you are making.

If you need an order to ship prior to our current ship times please send us an email before ordering.  In the email please include all the items and qty’s you would like, the colors & your shipping zip code.  With that information we will be able to tell you if we can rush an order or not.  There is a rush order fee for all orders shipped prior to our 10 day lead time.  The fee starts at 10.00 and is a flat fee added to your total.

If you are ordering invites you will automatically receive a proof.

When ordering anything other than invites a request for a proof must be received during checkout.  If a request has not been and you contact us after we have already printed your order we will be more than happy to provide a proof however do charge if you request changes to be made.

Your PDF file will be 8.5×11 in size and include (2) 5×7 invites on the page.  You will need the free adobe reader application to view your PDF file.  PDF file are not editable.

Each item is made to order. No two items are made to be identical.

All orders are shipped within 10 business days.  Saturday, Sundays and Holidays are not considered business days.

You can sign into your PayPal account and track the status of your shipping once the shipping label has been printed.  First Class shipping within the US typically takes 2-4 business days.  Priority shipping within the US typically takes 2-3 business days to arrive.

We do not guarantee the delivery date of an order unless you have chosen a guaranteed delivery service.  If you are interested in the cost to ship via a guaranteed service please contact us before ordering.

We will not replace product for a package that is “lost” unless you have paid for shipping insurance.  If you would like a cost to add shipping insurance please contact us before ordering.

If you have purchased shipping insurance please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.  If you have had the package more than 48 hours before contacting us a refund cannot be guaranteed.

We are human and do make mistakes from time to time. In the event a final product has a word spelled differently than you typed during checkout, please contact us immediately. If a proof was sent before the package shipped you will be responsible for purchasing new items. If no proof was sent to you we will be more than happy to remake the product for you.
